Never been to this location , clean , good customer service,, directions were followed when preparing my order and the water that came from the fountain was actually pretty freshing (Clean) with ice,, will be returning hope (Pray I don't get a ticket) 🙄

My overall experience at this restaurant has been very disappointing, and based on what I observed, I would not recommend it. During multiple visits and DoorDash pickups, I noticed what appeared to be heavy workloads placed on younger employees, who were handling a large amount of the cleaning, front counter work, and order assistance. At times, they seemed overwhelmed while management mostly supervised, corrected them, and directed tasks from the counter area. I also had a negative interaction with the manager over the phone regarding a DoorDash order. The conversation felt dismissive, and the call ended abruptly, which added to my frustration with the service. In addition, I had serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling practices. I observed cleaning solution being sprayed near food preparation areas and dirty floor water being used around cooking utensils near the stove area. The back of the kitchen appeared extremely cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to understand how staff could properly manage supplies and equipment. I came to Fusabowl with a couple of coworkers for a quick business lunch, and it was a smart choice. The build-your-own bowls are customizable enough to suit all kinds of dietary preferences — grilled chicken and quinoa for me, shrimp and rice for others — and the healthy, fast-casual format made it easy to get back to work on time. The ambiance is clean and modern, and the team working there seemed very experienced and professional.

They loaded my bowl to the brim and it was amazing! Everything was very fresh and cooked well. It could easily be two meals for less than $12.
